RAYMOND L. BROWN

Raymond L. Brown is an entrepreneur, youth advocate, and motivational speaker whose work is grounded in more than two decades of lived experience within the juvenile justice and correctional systems. During his incarceration, Raymond mentored hundreds of young men, helping them recognize their potential and make healthier decisions.

After overcoming childhood trauma, generational poverty, incarceration, and the challenges of reentry, he transformed his experiences into a mission of service, education, and prevention. Raymond is the creator of The RLB Youth Engagement Curriculum™, RLB-SISAP™ (Strategic Interactive Software for At-Risk Populations), and RLB-SICAP™ (Strategic Interactive Content for At-Risk Populations). His work helps at-risk youth and at-risk persons understand trauma, strengthen their decision-making skills, and avoid pathways into the justice system.

Through honest storytelling that balances personal accountability with an understanding of systemic barriers, Raymond challenges audiences to recognize the humanity behind incarceration and use their leadership to create meaningful opportunities for healing, rehabilitation, and lasting change. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree at Franklin University.
